Cape over 'Scape

Well i got some weird vision to do some cool guy with a black leathery/crocodile-skin cape flapping in the camera. but it turned into this instead. oh well. the buildings look groovy and thats some awesome trousers (well hakama) aye! I turned the faint lines around it into those weird belt things O_o oh yah.
